B2C Targeting — Finding Individual Consumers

3.3 B2C Targeting — Finding Individual Consumers

B2C targeting lets you build audiences of individual consumers based on who they are, where they live, and what they are doing right now. This is for when you need to reach real people — homeowners, households, or specific consumer segments — not businesses.

What you can filter by in B2C:

Personal

  • Age, gender, education, language

Family

  • Marital status, children, single parent, generations in household

Financial

  • Income range, net worth, occupation group and type

Housing

  • Homeowner status, dwelling type, estimated home value, year built, purchase price and year

Location

  • City, state (current residence or skip-trace), zip code

Contact

  • Verified personal emails, valid phones, skip-traced wireless numbers, residential mailing addresses

Example: A roofing contractor could filter by homeowner status (owner), dwelling type (single-family), location (specific zip codes in their service area), and roofing intent to build a list of homeowners actively researching roof work — complete with mailing addresses for direct mail and door-knocking.
