AI Voice Credits are the fuel that powers your Better SalesBot's calls and conversations. Every minute your assistant spends on an active call or conversation draws one minute from your credit balance.

Without credits, your assistant cannot make or take calls. SalesBot Launch gives you account access — credits are what put it to work.

How credits are measured:

• One credit = one minute of active AI conversation

• Both inbound and outbound calls draw from the same credit balance

• Credits are purchased monthly and reset at the start of each billing cycle

• Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month

What uses credits:

• Inbound calls your assistant answers

• Outbound calls your assistant places

• Active chat conversations your assistant handles

What does not use credits:

• Time spent idle between calls

• Logging, transcripts, and summaries after a call ends

Credits are separate from SalesBot Launch. Purchasing Launch gives you your account. Purchasing credits is what allows your assistant to actually talk to people.
