Frequently Asked Questions
What are AI Voice Credits?
They are the monthly allocation of call and conversation minutes that power your Better SalesBot. One credit equals one minute of active AI conversation — inbound or outbound.
Do I need credits before my assistant can make or take calls?
Yes. Without an active credit balance, your assistant cannot handle calls or conversations.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each billing cycle starts fresh. Unused minutes are cleared at the end of the month.
Are credits refundable?
No. All Voice Credit purchases are non-refundable.
Which tier should I start with?
If you are unsure, start with Voice 2 Hours or Voice 4 Hours and move up as your call volume grows. The larger the tier, the lower your per-minute rate.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. You can move to a higher tier at any time through the BetterMarketers product page.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your assistant pauses calling until your next billing cycle resets your balance, or until you upgrade to a higher tier.
Do I need SalesBot Launch before I can buy credits?
Yes. SalesBot Launch must be purchased first. Voice Credits are not available until Launch is on your account.
Can I buy credits without a GHL plan?
No. A GHL plan (Lifetime, Promoter, or Marketer) is required before SalesBot Launch, and SalesBot Launch is required before credits.
I was charged for credits but my balance is not showing. What should I do?
Allow a few minutes for the charge to process and refresh your Better SalesBot account. If the balance still does not appear after 10 minutes, submit a support ticket through the BetterMarketers support page or chat with the BetterChatbot for immediate help.
Where can I see my current credit balance?
Inside your Better SalesBot account dashboard. Log in to GoHighLevel, open the Better SalesBot tab, and check your balance there.
