10.2 My Resolution Count Is Lower Than Expected
Better Pixel resolves a share of your traffic — not all of it. A resolution count that is lower than your total visitor count is normal and expected. That said, if your count seems significantly lower than it should be, a few things may be affecting it.
Your Pixel Credits ran out.
When your monthly credits are used, resolution collection stops until your next billing cycle. Check Settings → Usage to see your remaining balance. If it is at zero and you still have days left in the cycle, that is why collection stopped.
Your pixel is only on some pages.
The pixel only fires on pages where it is installed. If the script is on your homepage but not your blog, product pages, or landing pages, you are only resolving visitors to the homepage. Install the pixel across all pages for full coverage.
Your traffic volume is higher than your tier allows.
If your site generates more qualifying visitors per month than your credit tier supports, you will hit your limit before the cycle ends. Consider upgrading to a higher tier.
Your traffic source affects resolution rate.
Not all traffic resolves at the same rate. Bot traffic, VPN users, and visitors outside the U.S. are unlikely to resolve — Better Pixel covers U.S.-based individuals only. If a significant portion of your traffic falls into these categories, your resolution rate will be lower.
The pixel is only on part of your site.
If you recently added new pages, a new subdomain, or a landing page hosted on a separate platform, the pixel may not be installed there. Each install location needs its own check.

If your resolution count seems unexpectedly low and none of the above explain it, contact BetterMarketers support at https://help.bettermarketers.com/support/tickets/new with your domain, your current credits tier, and your approximate monthly traffic volume.
