7.1 What Enrichment Does

Enrichment fills in the gaps on a contact list you already have.

If you have a list of names but no emails, or emails but no phone numbers, or partial records missing company data — Enrichment takes what you give it and matches each record against the Better Pixel database to add whatever is missing.

You upload the list. The platform finds the matches. You download a fuller, more complete version of the same list.

Common reasons to use Enrichment:

• You have a list of names and addresses but need contact details

• You have emails but want to add phone numbers before a call campaign

• You have consumer records and want to add professional or company data

• You have partial CRM records you want to fill out before outreach

What Enrichment does not do:

• It does not build new audiences from scratch — that is what Better Leads does

• It does not guarantee a match on every record — matches depend on what exists in the database for each individual

• It does not alter your resolution data in the Pixel section

Enrichment works on the data you bring in. The better your input, the better your match rate.
