7.3 Running an Enrichment

To run an Enrichment:

1. Log in at https://leads.bettermarketers.com/

2. In the left-hand menu under Audience, click Enrichment.

3. Click New Enrichment or the equivalent upload button.

4. Upload your prepared CSV file.

5. Map your file’s columns to the correct field types — for example, match your “Email” column to the Email field, your “Last Name” column to the Last Name field, and so on.

6. Confirm your field mapping and submit the enrichment.

7. The platform will process your list. Processing time depends on the size of your file.

8. You will be notified when your enrichment is complete and ready to download.

Do not close your browser or navigate away from the platform while your enrichment is processing if the platform requires an active session. Check whether processing continues in the background.
