7.4 Downloading Your Enriched List

Once your enrichment is complete, your enriched file is available to download from the Enrichment section.

To download your enriched list:

1. Go to the Enrichment section in the left-hand menu under Audience.

2. Find your completed enrichment job in the list.

3. Click the download option for that job.

4. Your enriched CSV will download to your device.

What the enriched file contains:
Your original records plus any additional fields the platform was able to match — emails, phone numbers, addresses, professional data, company information, and more. Fields that could not be matched for a record will be empty for that row.

Match rate:
Not every record will return a full match. Some records may receive several new fields. Others may receive none if no match exists in the database. This is normal. A partial match that adds one strong contact detail per record still adds value to your list.

How to use your enriched list:

• Import it back into your CRM to update existing contact records

• Use it for a targeted email, call, or direct mail campaign

• Upload it to an ad platform as a Custom Audience

• Pass it to your sales team with more complete contact details than before
