4.4 Data Refresh and the Rolling 30-Day View

How often data updates:
Your pixel fires on every qualifying page load and attempts to resolve visitors in near real time. Resolution data refreshes every 5–10 minutes. New records appear in your dashboard shortly after a visitor is identified.

The rolling 30-day window:
Your dashboard shows resolutions from the last 30 days. As new resolutions come in, older ones roll off the visible view.

This does not mean the data is deleted — but it does mean you should export or sync your resolutions regularly if you need to keep them beyond the 30-day window.

How to keep your data long term:

  • CSV download — export your resolutions manually at any time (see Section 5.1)

  • Webhook — push resolutions to your own system automatically as they come in (see Section 5.2)

  • Google Sheets sync — send resolutions directly to a live sheet (see Section 6.1)

  • Facebook sync — push resolutions to a Facebook audience automatically (see Section 6.2)

If long-term retention matters to your workflow, setting up a webhook or Google Sheets sync is the most reliable approach. It captures every resolution as it happens rather than requiring you to export manually before data rolls off.
