4.3 How the Credit-to-Resolution Model Works

The model is straightforward:

  • You purchase a Pixel Credits tier — 500, 1,200, or 2,000 credits per month.

  • Each time the pixel identifies a visitor, one credit is used and one Resolution is created.

  • When your credits run out, resolution collection stops for that billing cycle.

  • Credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle.

  • There are no overage charges. The platform will not bill you extra if you hit your limit — it simply stops resolving until your credits reset or you upgrade.

Example:
You’re on the Pixel 500 tier at $100/month. Your pixel resolves 500 visitors during the month. Your credits hit zero. For the remainder of that billing cycle, new visitors are not resolved. On your next billing date, 500 credits are restored and resolution collection resumes.

Upgrading your tier:
If you consistently hit your credit limit before the month ends, moving up a tier gives you more capacity. You can upgrade at any time.
