Downloading Your List (CSV, JSON, Excel)
5.1 Downloading Your List (CSV, JSON, Excel)
Once you have built and previewed your audience and pulled your leads, you can download your list directly to your device. Better Leads supports three file formats.

The three export formats:
CSV (Comma-Separated Values)
A plain text file where each row is a contact and each column is a field. Compatible with virtually every CRM, spreadsheet tool, and outreach platform. This is the most widely used format and the right choice for most use cases.
JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
A structured data format used primarily by developers and technical tools. Choose JSON if you are importing into a custom application or a system that requires structured data rather than a flat file.
Excel (Microsoft Excel format)
A formatted spreadsheet file (.xlsx) that opens directly in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Choose Excel if you prefer to work with your leads in a spreadsheet without any import steps.
How to download your list:
Log in and go to Audience Lists in your left navigation.
Find the list you want to download.
Click Download CSV on that list.

Tips:
Open CSV files in Excel or Google Sheets for the easiest viewing experience.
If your CRM has a specific import format requirement, check which format it accepts before downloading.
Save your exported file to a clearly labeled folder so you can track which audience and date each export came from.
