Setting Up a Webhook
5.3 Setting Up a Webhook
A webhook lets you push your audience data to an external tool automatically in real time — without manual exports. Instead of downloading a file and uploading it somewhere else, a webhook sends the data directly to Make.com, Zapier, or any custom application as soon as it is ready.

How to set up a webhook:
Log in and go to Audience Lists in your left navigation.
Find the list you want to push via webhook.
Click Webhook on that list.

Get your webhook URL from your external tool (Make.com, Zapier, or your custom application). This is usually found in the trigger or connection settings of the tool you are connecting to.

Paste your webhook URL into the field provided.

Click Test to send a test payload and confirm the connection is working. A successful test will show the data arriving in your external tool.

Click Add to activate the webhook. Your audience data will now flow to your external tool automatically.

What the webhook sends:
Your audience data is delivered as a JSON payload. This includes the contact fields from your list — name, email, phone, location, company details, and any other fields present in your audience.
Tips:
Test your webhook before activating it to make sure the data is arriving correctly.
Use Make.com or Zapier to route your leads into a CRM, email tool, or outreach sequence automatically.
If your external tool requires specific field names or formats, set up a data transformer in Make.com or Zapier between the webhook and your destination.
