4.4 Monitoring Calls, Transcripts, and CRM
Every conversation your assistant handles is logged automatically. You do not need to set anything up to get this — it happens by default for every call and chat your assistant manages.
What is logged after every conversation:
Transcript — A full text record of everything said in the conversation
Recording — An audio recording of the call
Summary — An AI-generated summary of what happened, written when the assistant detects the conversation has ended
Call outcome tag — A disposition tag applied to the contact in GoHighLevel (answered, not answered, appointment booked, etc.) that can be used to trigger further workflows
All of this is written directly to the contact record in your GoHighLevel CRM.
Call tagging:
After every call, your assistant applies outcome tags to the contact in GoHighLevel. These tags tell you what happened — and they can trigger GoHighLevel workflows. For example: if a call is tagged "appointment booked," a confirmation workflow fires automatically. Full details are in the Docs under Monitor → Call Tagging.
Error tags:
If a call attempt fails — a dial error, a connection issue — an error tag is applied to the contact so you can identify and follow up on failed calls. Details are in the Docs under Monitor → Error Tags.
CRM transcripts:
Transcripts and summaries are logged to the contact record in GoHighLevel so your team always has context before any follow-up. Details are in the Docs under Monitor → CRM Transcripts.
Number intelligence:
The platform includes number health monitoring — tracking which numbers are performing well and flagging any that may be developing issues. Details are in the Docs under Monitor → Number Intelligence.
DNC compliance monitoring:
All outbound calls are checked against the DNC compliance system before being placed. Details are in the Docs under Monitor → DNC Compliance.
