Onboarding is not included with SalesBot Launch. It is available as a separate add-on purchase for customers who want hands-on help getting their assistant built and connected correctly.

What the Onboarding add-on covers:

The onboarding session helps you get your Better SalesBot configured inside your GoHighLevel account. It is a done-with-you session, meaning you work through the setup together with a BetterMarketers team member rather than on your own.

During onboarding you can expect to cover:

• Connecting Better SalesBot to your GoHighLevel account

• Building and configuring your first assistant

• Setting up your phone number for voice calls

• Connecting your calendar for appointment booking

• Testing your assistant before going live

Who should get it:

The Onboarding add-on is recommended if you are new to AI tools, new to GoHighLevel, or want to make sure your assistant is configured correctly the first time. It is the fastest way to get your bot live without working through the setup on your own.
