Yes. Pixel Launch is required first. It’s the account opener. Credits cannot be purchased without an active Pixel Launch account.

Pixel Credits are what you buy. Resolutions are what you get. When the pixel identifies an anonymous visitor, one credit is spent and one Resolution — a full contact record — appears in your dashboard. One credit equals one Resolution.

No. Pixel Launch opens the account and provisions your 5 pixel slots. It includes zero starter resolutions. You need to purchase a Pixel Credits tier to begin identifying visitors.

If you purchased Pixel Launch on its own, there is a 5-day refund window. If you purchased it as part of the Launch Bundle, it is non-refundable.

No. Pixel Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

Resolution collection stops for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your credits reset at the start of your next cycle. If you need more capacity before then, you can upgrade your tier.

No. Better Pixel is a flat monthly model. When your credits are used, resolutions simply stop until your next cycle. There are no surprise charges.
