6.1 Syncing to Google Sheets
A Google Sheets sync sends your resolution data directly into a live spreadsheet — automatically, as new resolutions come in. Unlike a CSV export, you don’t need to download anything manually. The sheet updates on its own.
This is a good option if you want a running record of your resolutions in a place your team can access, filter, and work from without touching the dashboard.
What it does:
Pushes resolution records into a Google Sheet you specify
Updates automatically as new resolutions are generated
Gives your team a shared, always-current view of your visitor data
To set up Google Sheets sync:
Log in at https://leads.bettermarketers.com/
In the left-hand menu under Integrations, click Sync.
Select Google Sheets from the available sync options.
Click to connect your Google account. You will be prompted to authenticate with Google and grant access.
Once connected, select or create the Google Sheet you want to sync your data to.
Map your resolution fields to the columns in your sheet, or accept the default layout.
Save your sync settings.
New resolutions will begin appearing in your sheet automatically.

Set up your Google Sheets sync before your pixel goes live if long-term data retention matters. It will capture resolutions from the start rather than only syncing forward from when you connected it.
Using your synced sheet:
Once connected, your sheet will receive new resolution records as they come in. Each row is one Resolution. Columns map to the fields in your resolution record — name, email, phone, company data, behavioral events, and more.
You can filter, sort, and share the sheet with your team like any other Google Sheet. Changes you make in the sheet do not affect your Better Pixel dashboard.
