5.1 Downloading as CSV

A CSV export gives you a snapshot of your resolution data at the moment you download it. Every record visible in your dashboard can be pulled into a spreadsheet and used however you need — imported into a CRM, uploaded to an ad platform, passed to your sales team, or archived for long-term storage.

To download your resolutions as CSV:

1. Log in at https://leads.bettermarketers.com/

2. In the left-hand menu under Integrations, click Pixel.

3. Select the pixel whose data you want to export.

4. Look for the export or download option and select CSV.

5. Your file will download to your device.

Opening your CSV:

• Excel — Open Excel, go to Data → Import from Text/CSV, select your file, and set the delimiter to comma.

• Google Sheets — Go to File → Import, upload your file, and select comma as the separator.

What the file contains:
Your CSV will include all the fields from your resolution records — personal identity, contact data, professional data, behavioral data, and more. See Section 4.2 for the full field list.

Your dashboard shows a rolling 30-day view. If you need to keep resolutions beyond that window, download your CSV regularly. Data that rolls off the 30-day view is no longer accessible from the dashboard. For automatic, real-time capture, set up a webhook instead (see Section 5.2).
