3.4 Managing Your 5 Pixels (Adding, Viewing, Deleting)

Your account supports exactly 5 pixels. That number does not change regardless of which Pixel Credits tier you’re on. Tier only affects how many resolutions you can generate — not how many sites you can track.

Viewing your pixels:

All your pixels are listed in the Pixel section under Integrations. Each row shows the domain name, the pixel’s status, and available actions.

Checking pixel status:

A pixel’s status tells you whether it’s active and firing correctly on your site. If a pixel shows as inactive after install, double-check that the script was saved and published correctly on your site.

Deleting a pixel:

If you want to stop tracking a domain or reassign a slot to a new website:

  1. Go to the Pixel section in your dashboard.

  2. Find the pixel you want to remove.

  3. Click the delete option for that pixel.

  4. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting a pixel is permanent. Any resolution data associated with that pixel may no longer be accessible after deletion. Export your data before deleting if you need to keep it.

At 5 pixels:

Once all 5 slots are in use, the option to add a new pixel will be unavailable. To add a new domain you must first delete an existing pixel to free up a slot.
