7.4 Downloading Your Enriched List

Once your enrichment is complete, you can download the enriched file directly from the Enrichment section.

How to download your enriched list:

1. Log in and go to Enrichment in your left navigation.

2. Find your completed enrichment in the list.

1. Click Download or the equivalent export option on your completed enrichment.

1. Select your preferred file format.

1. Your enriched file downloads to your device.

What the enriched file contains:

Your original records are returned with the newly added fields appended as additional columns. Records that could not be matched are still returned — they will simply not have the enriched fields populated.

Tips:

• Review the enriched file to check the match rate — the proportion of records that had new data added.

• Records with no match are still useful as a baseline. Consider removing them from outreach or flagging them for manual follow-up.

• Save your enriched file with a clear name that includes the date so you can track versions over time.
