6.3 Frequently Asked Questions

What sync options are available in Better Leads?

Google Sheets and Facebook Ads. Both are set up through the Sync section in your left navigation using the New Audience Synchronization flow.

How do I set up a sync?

Go to Sync in your left navigation, click New, select New Audience Synchronization, then choose Google Sheets or Facebook Ads and follow the steps.

How often does a sync update?

Syncs update on the same schedule as your audience list refresh — every 24 hours by default, or on your custom schedule (every 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days).

Can I have more than one sync running at the same time?

[Placeholder: confirm whether multiple syncs can run simultaneously across different lists or destinations]

What information is shown in the Sync dashboard?

Source Name, Source, Connection, Audience Name, Ad Account (Facebook only), Status, Created, Last Sync, and Next Sync.

How do I know if my sync is working?

Check the Status and Last Sync columns in your Sync dashboard. A successful sync shows an active status and a recent Last Sync timestamp.

My sync shows an error in the Status column. What do I do?

Check that your Google or Facebook account is still connected. If the connection has lapsed, reconnect it. If the error continues, contact BetterMarketers support.

The Sync section is not visible in my dashboard. Why?

The Sync tab may not be enabled for your account. Contact BetterMarketers support if you believe Sync should be available on your account.

Can I delete a sync I no longer need?

[Placeholder: confirm whether syncs can be deleted or deactivated from the Sync dashboard]

Is there a difference between syncing and using a webhook?

Yes. Sync connects your audience to a specific destination (Google Sheets or Facebook Ads) and updates it automatically on a schedule. A webhook pushes data to any URL you specify in real time and is more flexible for custom workflows. See Section 5.3 for webhook setup.

Does setting up a sync use my credits?

No. Credits are used when you pull leads from your audience. Syncing that data to Google Sheets or Facebook Ads does not use additional credits.

Who do I contact if my sync is not working?

Contact BetterMarketers support. Do not reach out to the platform vendor directly — all support goes through BetterMarketers.
