Syncing to Google Sheets

6.1 Syncing to Google Sheets

The Google Sheets sync connects your Better Leads audience directly to a Google Sheet and keeps it updated automatically. Instead of manually exporting a file and uploading it each time, your leads flow into the sheet and refresh on the same schedule as your audience list.

What you will see in the Sync section:

Once your sync is set up, it appears as a row in your Sync dashboard with the following information:

  • Source Name — the name of your audience list

  • Source — the data source (your Better Leads audience)

  • Connection — the Google account connected

  • Audience Name — the audience being synced

  • Status — whether the sync is active or has an issue

  • Created — when the sync was set up

  • Last Sync — when the data was last pushed to the sheet

  • Next Sync — when the next automatic update is scheduled

Tips:

  • Do not manually delete rows from the synced sheet — this can cause issues when the sync updates.

  • Use the synced sheet as a read source in your CRM or outreach tool rather than editing it directly.

  • Check the Last Sync and Next Sync columns to confirm your data is staying current.
