8.1 Members — Adding or Managing Users
The Members section lets you give other people access to your Better Pixel account. If you have a team member who needs to view resolution data, manage pixels, or handle exports, you can add them here without sharing your own login credentials.
To access Members:
Log in at https://leads.bettermarketers.com/
In the left-hand menu under Settings, click Members.

Adding a new member:
In the Members section, click Invite Member or the equivalent button.
Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
Assign their role or permission level.
Send the invitation.
The invited person will receive an email with instructions to set up their access.

The invited member will receive an email from BetterMarketers with a link to access the account. Make sure they check their spam and promotions folders if it doesn’t arrive in their inbox.
Member roles:

Removing a member:
Go to the Members section.
Find the member you want to remove.
Select the remove or revoke access option next to their name.
Confirm the removal.
Their access will be revoked immediately. They will no longer be able to log in to your account.

Removing a member does not delete any data they may have exported or downloaded during their time on the account. If a member had access they should not have had, contact BetterMarketers support.
