How Often Your Data Refreshes
4.4 How Often Your Data Refreshes
Better Leads keeps its data current through a continuous refresh process. Here is how each data type updates.

Automatic audience refresh — every 24 hours
Your audience lists refresh automatically once every 24 hours. This means the pool of people matching your filters is updated daily, so new people who enter the market are picked up and contacts whose data has changed are updated.
You can also set a custom refresh schedule for each list — every 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days — depending on how frequently you want the audience to update.

Email verification — daily
Contact emails are verified through an in-house validation engine every day. You do not need a third-party email verification tool — this is handled within the platform.
Mailing addresses — quarterly
Physical mailing addresses are updated against the National Change of Address (NCOA) database approximately every quarter. This keeps residential and business address data current for direct mail and canvassing.
Behavioral signals — weekly
The behavioral signals that drive intent scoring are reprocessed every week. This means intent data reflects recent research activity, not signals from months ago.
