4.3 Duplicate, Delete, and Other List Actions

Every audience list has a set of actions available once it has been created. Here is what each one does.

Duplicate
Creates an exact copy of an existing list — same filters, same settings. Use this when you want to create a variation of a list without changing the original. For example, duplicate a list and then Update one copy with a different location while keeping the original intact.

Delete
Permanently removes the audience list from your account. Deleted lists cannot be recovered. Make sure you have exported your leads before deleting a list if you want to keep them.

View in Studio
Opens the audience data in Studio, where you can filter, segment, and analyze the records in your list. Use this to explore your audience data, build segments, and save them for use in campaigns or automations.

Download CSV
Downloads your audience list as a CSV file directly to your device. This is the fastest way to get your leads out of the platform and into a spreadsheet, CRM, or outreach tool.

Webhook
Pushes your audience data to an external tool in real time via a webhook URL. Use this to send leads directly into Make.com, Zapier, or a custom application without manual exports. See Section 5.3 for the full webhook setup walkthrough.
