What it does

Lever is an applicant tracking system with a built-in recruiting CRM, letting recruiting teams manage both inbound applicants and outbound sourcing pipelines in a single tool. It's owned by Employ Inc., which also owns JazzHR (below) and Jobvite, positioning Lever as the mid-market to enterprise tier of that portfolio. Its visual pipeline view and built-in nurture campaigns are aimed at recruiting teams that do active outbound sourcing rather than relying only on inbound applications.
