What it does
BoldTrail is Inside Real Estate's unified real estate platform, the rebrand and evolution of kvCORE (completed in 2024) that also folded in BoomTown's back-office tools, Brokermint, and other Inside Real Estate products under one umbrella. It bundles IDX-powered agent and team websites, a "Smart CRM" with behavioral lead scoring, automated drip campaigns, and AI tools for pipeline targeting, aimed at brokerages that want one system instead of stitching together separate website, CRM, and ad-management vendors. Existing kvCORE customers are being migrated into BoldTrail, so agents who search for "kvCORE" in 2026 will mostly land on BoldTrail branding and BoldTrail's own pricing page, which does not list a flat monthly number and instead routes to a sales quote.
