Parliamo is a chatbot that sits on a website and proactively starts conversations with visitors based on behavior signals, exit intent, scroll depth, time on page, or inactivity, rather than waiting for someone to click a chat bubble. The idea is to catch visitors who are about to leave and turn them into a captured lead before they bounce.

Setup involves picking an industry template, feeding it a knowledge base (PDFs, pricing sheets, FAQs), and pasting a code snippet into the site. Once live, it qualifies visitors through conversation and pushes contact details to email, a webhook, or a CRM in real time; a human can also take over the conversation live.
