Copper CRM

A CRM built to live inside Gmaicrmgoogle-workspacegmaill and Google Workspace

Learn More
A CRM designed to live inside Gmail and Google Calendar rather than as a separate app, a good fit specifically for teams already standardized on Google Workspace and a poor fit for anyone who isn't.

What it does

CRM context inside Gmail, no separate tab required

Copper is built as a native layer on top of Google Workspace: it reads and writes Gmail threads, syncs Google Calendar events, and surfaces contact and deal context directly inside the Gmail interface rather than requiring reps to switch to a separate tab. Core CRM functions (pipelines, contact records, task automation, reporting) work the same as other CRMs, but the entry point is Gmail.

It's adopted almost exclusively by teams that already run their business on Google Workspace and want a CRM that doesn't force a context switch, professional services firms, small agencies, and consultancies are common users, since the "log the email, update the deal" motion happens without leaving the inbox.

The tradeoff is that its value is tightly coupled to Google. Teams on Microsoft 365 or with more complex reporting/customization needs generally look elsewhere, and its reporting is described in reviews as more basic than Salesforce-tier tools.
