Directus

What it does

Directus connects to an existing SQL database (or a new one) and automatically generates a REST and GraphQL API plus a customizable admin app for managing that data, no schema lock-in required. It's often used less as a traditional content CMS and more as an instant back office for any structured data set. Because it sits on top of a standard database rather than a proprietary content store, teams can query the data directly with SQL if they ever need to move off Directus.
